Terms of Service for Bulletlist

Bulletlist is an outliner at bulletlist.org, in the App Store and on Google Play, and as a connector for AI assistants. It is made by Nozemans Software PTE LTD. These terms are short because the service is simple: you write, we store it for you, and you can take it with you or delete it at any time.
The service
Bulletlist is free, with no item limit, no trial and no paid tier. We may add features, change them, or retire the service; if the service is ever to close, we will say so at least 90 days in advance and the export described in the privacy policy will work until the end.
Your account
An account is an email address; you sign in with a code sent to it. Keep that mailbox yours, because whoever reads it can sign in as you. You may delete the account yourself at any time in the app, and the privacy policy says what that removes.
Your content
What you write is yours. We claim no rights in it, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train anything. We store it so that you can reach it from your devices and from the assistants you choose to connect, and for nothing else. You are responsible for what you put in your outline and for having the right to put it there.
AI assistants
You may connect an AI assistant to your outline. When you do, the parts of your outline a request returns go to that assistant's provider under its own terms, as if you had pasted them into a conversation; the privacy policy describes exactly what passes through and what we keep (nothing). Connecting is your choice and so is disconnecting; the assistant's own settings do both.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bulletlist to break the law, to attack the service or its users, or to store what you have no right to store. Do not try to reach another person's outline; the storage refuses it, and trying is a reason to close an account.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it available and to keep your data safe — every edit is stored on your device before it is sent, and exports are always available — but we are not liable for loss of data, loss of access, or any indirect or consequential loss, to the extent the law allows. Where the law does not allow that exclusion, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is nothing.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above moves and the app says so when you next open it. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, where Nozemans Software PTE LTD is registered, without prejudice to the consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
